Julian Gilewski is a polish conductor based in Warsaw, currently a Tanglewood Conducting Fellow. A graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, he collaborates with leading Polish orchestras and institutions, including the National Philharmonic and Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera, where he serves as Assistant Conductor.
His recent and upcoming engagements include a series of concerts at Tanglewood and his symphonic debut with the Boston Symphony Orchestra in the 2026/2027 season, marking a significant step in his international career.
