Julian Gilewski is a Polish conductor based in Warsaw. Tanglewood Conducting Fellow (2026) and a graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, he currently serves as Assistant Conductor at Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera and the Warsaw Philharmonic.
The 2026/2027 season brings engagements with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Gewandhaus Orchestra (Mendelssohn Academy), Warsaw Philharmonic, NFM Wrocław Philharmonic and Sinfonia Varsovia, alongside a range of symphonic and opera projects in Poland and abroad.
